Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a refund if I can't attend?
Full refund if you cancel before 1 March 2027. Between March and May, 50% credit towards FoundAItion 2028. No refunds within 30 days of the event.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are transferable. Write to us at tickets@foundaition.es with the new attendee's details up to 15 days before the event.
When does Early Bird pricing end?
The 25% Early Bird discount is active until 4 February 2027 — three months before the congress. After that date, the full price applies.
Can I pay by company card or bank transfer?
We accept credit/debit card, bank transfer and PayPal. For company payments, contact us and we will issue a pro-forma invoice.
Is the C-Level Forum included in the VIP ticket?
Yes, the VIP ticket includes access to the C-Level Forum. However, the organising committee may verify attendee credentials to maintain session quality.
